Ideas for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Breakfast: Mix together 2 eggs, 1 egg white, peppers, tomatoes, onions, spinach, pepper, chicken finely cut and make an omelette or scrambled eggs! Top with Organicville’s ketchup and hot sauce and you’re good to go!

Lunch: Take two pieces of your chicken and cut them up for a yummy salad! In this one we added kale, tomatoes, green peppers, crushed cashews and walnuts, cranberries and raisins.  We used the honey mustard dressing to top it off 🙂

Dinner: Make a batch of roasted veggies for the week and pair it with your honey mustard chicken.  Some of our go-to’s are brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, broccoli, and cauliflower.  Stay tuned for a roasted veggie recipe coming up soon, we can’t give all of our secret sauces out at once 😉

There’s so many options when you make this dressing that it really makes eating healthy fun and creative!  Make it your own and let us know what you think about it.  We hope you love it as much as we do!  Until next time …
