Monday Motivation

Mornin’ friends! Happy Monday, hope your weekend was awesome!! So…because it’s a brand spankin’ new week, obviously we need some motivation in our lives. Mondays are all about getting your  sh*t back together, promising you will eat extra clean and work out so much harder.  Sometimes life gets in the way, but let’s all promise ourselves right now that we will try and stick with this mantra.  After all, summer bodies are made in the winter right?!…and yes, winter will be coming to end soon (HAPPY JUMPS).  Basically, what we’re saying is let’s get it together!  Stay on your toes for a new recipe this week and what workout will be in store for us… Until then, cardio + weights! 🙂
